Credentials

My professional journey as an unlicensed psychotherapist began in 2017 after earning my Ph.D. in Psychology from Capella University in 2016. I have since gained extensive training in various counseling environments, including addiction treatment, adolescent therapy, jail-based programs, and sobriety court treatment. In May 2022, I completed my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), License Number LPC.0020749, and a National Certified Counselor (NCC), with additional certifications as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician.

My practice employs evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, play therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As a mental health supervisor for practicum students and interns, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment. I remain committed to enhancing the well-being of individuals through my diverse skill set and unwavering dedication to mental health counseling.
